Young Entrepreneurs & Leaders Programme 

Delivered by The Baobab Tree Charity

At The Baobab Tree Charity, we believe that young people have incredible ideas, creativity, and potential.

Solace Academy UK has been created to help them discover how ideas become reality.

Through an exciting week of entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity, and teamwork, students will explore how businesses, charities, and community projects are built while developing confidence, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Our aim is to inspire the next generation of young entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers.

Summer Programme 2026

📅 Programme Dates

Monday 20 July – Friday 14 August 2026

The programme runs over four weeks, with a new group of students attending each week.

Each student attends for five consecutive days (Monday–Friday).

Programme Times

🕙 Monday – Friday

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Age Group

Designed for young people aged 11–16 years.

Throughout the week, students will complete five exciting missions.

How do businesses begin?

Students will discover how entrepreneurs identify problems, develop ideas, and turn them into businesses that create value.

🌍 Mission 2 – Build a Community

How do charities work?

Students will explore how charities support communities, create social impact, and improve lives through purposeful action.

💻 Mission 3 – Build Your Brand

How are websites and brands created?

Students will learn about branding, logos, websites, social media, and how organisations build an online presence.

🎤 Mission 4 – Build Your Voice

How do you present ideas?

Students will build confidence in public speaking, communication, leadership, and presenting their ideas effectively.

⭐ Mission 5 – Build the Future

How do you become a changemaker?

Students will bring together everything they have learned to present their own business, charity, or community project designed to make a positive difference.

What Students Will Gain

By the end of the programme, students will have:

  • Developed their own business idea

  • Designed a charity or community project

  • Explored branding and website design

  • Improved public speaking and presentation skills

  • Strengthened leadership and teamwork abilities

  • Built confidence in sharing their ideas

  • Received a Certificate of Participation

The programme is ideal for young people aged 11–16 who are interested in:

  • Entrepreneurship

  • Leadership

  • Charity and community work

  • Public speaking

No previous experience is required—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
